I visited the dealership twice this past week to test drive a couple Konas and a Tucson. Mike Gold was a conversational salesman and was very helpful and informative regarding the vehicles themselves and the history of the models. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I ended up purchasing a Tucson. Further, Nate in financing was patient and pleasant to work with. Overall, car shopping and buying was a positive experience at Hyundai Woodhouse in Omaha!

The other staff (finance, management) were also friendly and non-pressuring. I used Woodhouse Chrysler in Blair for my last vehicle and had a great experience so I decided to continue with Woodhouse for my new vehicle. I was interested in a Hyundai Santa Fe, so the sales manager in Blair directed me to their Omaha location, Woodhouse Hyundai. I was contacted by Robby at Woodhouse Hyundai and he made the experience super simple. I came in and test drove and decided to purchase a 2024 Santa Fe. We were able to handle most of the business on the phone between the test drive and the pick up of the vehicle. Clear lines of communication from Robby during the entire purchase. I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted and didn't want and he delivered. When I came in to sign the papers and purchase, Nate in finance made the process simple as well. In total, I probably spent an hour of my time to complete the entire transaction and that was great. I would definitely recommend Robby to others.
