Extremely pleased with my car buying experience at Woodhouse Hyundai. My salesperson, Robby, was highly professional, helpful, and attentive. It was a pressure-free sales process. My only complaint was with the finance process. The finance associate offered a higher-than-average interest rate for my level of credit and questioned my request to finance with Hyundai saying he didn't think my vehicle qualified. I knew ahead of time there was a dealer incentive offered for new vehicles. It had been a very long time since we purchased a new car. Our salesperson, Robby, made it fairly seamless, from initial internet contact through final signing. There were no surprises, which is the best part of buying a car. I drove over 2 hours to find what I wanted. It arrived on time and deal was consummated within 4 days. I highly recommend.

Purchased a car from Woodhouse Place Hyundai the beginning of June and now the engine light came on ( 2 weeks ago). I have been calling the salesman, I have called him three times (06/19/2023) because he was supposed to get back to me about getting the service done and making an appointment but he has not returned my phone call per his statement, it has been 24hours now and no phone call. I purchased a used Hyundai sight unseen (just their pictures) in June 2021. Drew and Dominic were wonderful to work with. I found the car on a 500 mile internet search. I contacted Drew, and after answering my questions, I purchased the vehicle. The dealership and I worked everything out by email, text and phone calls.
