I had a recall on my car and needed an oil change. Made an appt, got in promptly, they kept me informed along the way, and it was quick. They have a nice waiting area as well.

The finance associate offered a higher-than-average interest rate for my level of credit and questioned my request to finance with Hyundai saying he didn't think my vehicle qualified. The work was done in a timely manner and I received a great courtesy car to drive. They even brought my car down to me when it was finished and switched it out so I didn’t have to do it.

Purchased a car from Woodhouse Place Hyundai the beginning of June and now the engine light came on ( 2 weeks ago). I have been calling the salesman, I have called him three times (06/19/2023) because he was supposed to get back to me about getting the service done and making an appointment but he has not returned my phone call per his statement, it has been 24hours now and no phone call. The sales personal did give a call back and apologized for the way this was going and offered to settle this with the service area and the sales manager offered ...

I purchased a used Hyundai sight unseen (just their pictures) in June 2021. Drew and Dominic were wonderful to work with. I found the car on a 500 mile internet search.
