Nimble and a Blast to Drive: the 2020 Hyundai Kona

December 7th, 2019 by

If you want to get a Hyundai vehicle, we encourage you to talk to the experts in our Hyundai finance center near Bellevue, NE if you’re going to need an auto loan or lease package. Whether you’re going to pay for an automobile upfront or you plan to finance your new vehicle, you may want to consider getting a 2020 Hyundai Kona.

First introduced for the 2018 model-year, the new Hyundai Kona is still in its first generation. For the 2020 model-year, the crossover is offered in five primary trims, SE, SEL, SEL Plus, Limited, and Ultimate. The first three trims are equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s matched with a six-speed automatic transmission. The remaining trims are outfitted with a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that’s more powerful than the base engine.

The new Hyundai Kona has standard front-wheel drive. Given the weather we experience around our Omaha, NE Hyundai dealership in a typical year, you may want to get a crossover that has the optional all-wheel-drive system instead. The available AWD system has a lockable differential that will provide some welcome added traction during inclement weather.

When you visit our location, we’ll explain that each higher trim has more standard equipment than the models that came before it. Although that’s the case, the base trim still has an impressive list of sought-after features. For example, the SE model comes with a forward collision warning and intervention system and lane-keeping assist.

Like the base model has some laudable advanced safety equipment, it’s also adorned with a number of desirable technology features. Multiple USB ports, a touchscreen, and Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration are some of the tech features you’ll enjoy as the owner or lessee of the SE trim.

To see all the features on the other trims, head over to Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha now!
